We’ll review your current website, marketing activity, and customer journey, then highlight practical improvements that could deliver measurable results. There’s no pressure and no obligation — just clear, honest insight to help you decide your next steps.
Cancellation Policy
We aim to make our Discovery Calls as flexible and respectful of your time as possible. Please take a moment to read through our booking terms below. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may cancel or reschedule your Discovery Call up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. • Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the appointment may not be guaranteed and could require rebooking through our calendar. • To cancel or reschedule, simply use the link provided in your confirmation email, or get in touch with us directly. No-Show Policy • If you miss your scheduled call without prior notice, we may offer to rebook at our discretion, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Call Duration • Discovery Calls last up to 60 minutes. Please join on time so we can make the most of our conversation. Meeting Format • All calls are conducted via Zoom (or your preferred video platform if arranged in advance). A meeting link will be provided upon confirmation. Follow-Up • After the call, we’ll follow up with a summary of our discussion and tailored recommendations, if appropriate. Confidentiality • Any information you share with us during the call is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
