The Challenge

Roar Events is an established events company with over 25 years in the market.

​

While the business had built a strong reputation through repeat bookings and word-of-mouth, its digital presence had not evolved at the same pace.

Key challenges identified during our initial audit included:

  • An outdated website that did not reflect the new brand direction

  • Missing or unclear service information, limiting conversion potential

  • No structured lead capture or data collection

  • No segmentation or strategy around email marketing

2. Brand-Led Brochure Design (Digital & Print)

Following the website relaunch, we were commissioned to design a wedding brochure from scratch.

The objective was to:

  • Maintain brand consistency across the entire business

  • Support the sales process with a professional, on-brand asset

  • Improve perceived value and confidence during decision-making

The brochure now acts as a sales enablement tool, reinforcing credibility and supporting higher-value enquiries.

Roar Events had an existing client list, but no strategy behind how it was being used.

  • Three core segments:

    • Wedding clients

    • Corporate parties & events

    • Corporate launch events

  • Tailored messaging for each segment to improve relevance and engagement

  • Email open rate: 67%

  • Click-through rate: 5.7%

  • Revenue generated from email campaigns: £24,000
